St. David's, Grenada Quinn Company provided full construction services for this World Bank funded project. It is a 10 full service secondary school comprising four buildings (14,000 SF) and exterior works. The , school has classrooms, staff and laboratory facilities, technical and shop facilities, toilets and canteen. Facilities include sales counters, freezing and ice making facilities, administrative offices, storage and toilet facilities totaling 11,000 square feet. The project included extensive external works. US $1.4 Million The Mutual/Trans-Nemwil Partnership Office St. Georges, Grenada This project, located on Villa Road, entails the construction of a three-story office building for two insurance companies. The building is air-conditioned and the finishes are of a high quality throughout. The project also includes exterior works including parking and utilities. US$1.3 Million See Photo St. Augustine Medical Services St. Paul's, Grenada Construction of the St. Augustine Medical Services facility , a small hospital with surgical thea- ter. The facility contains outpatient care including doctor's examination rooms, offices, labo- ratory , x-ray and dispensary .Surgical facilities include operating theater, recovery room, in- tensive care and nine private hospital rooms. US$.6 Million See Photo Point Salines International Airport Renovation St. George's, Grenada Fast tracked construction for the building works renovation to Grenada's international airport. The primary work consisted of the addition of a second floor to the public areas of the airport while keeping the airport in operation. A new first class lounge, arrivals lounge and tour op- erators area were constructed. The departure gate area, restaurant, immigration, departure lounge, customs, check-in counters, concession area, main stairway and baggage handling areas were renovated. New external canopies were added to check-in and departure. US$.7 Million Aquarium Beach Bar & Restaurant Point Salines, St. George's, Grenada Construction of a 5,000 square foot restaurant including kitchen with walk in freezers and storage rooms, offices and workshop, a bar and raised seating area, a large lower level cov- ered wood dining deck, barbecue and lobster pond. US$.3 Million See Photo Steele's Auto Supplies Renovation & Extension St. George's, Grenada Construction of an extension which doubled the size of this Toyota, Suzuki and Kia dealership. The renovation and extension was completed while the dealership was open for business. Facilities include offices, vehicle showroom, reception, parts sales, parts storage, warehousing and exterior vehicle display and parking. US$.4 Million Colombian Emeralds St. George's, Grenada Fast tracked construction services to renovate this leased building. The renovation included exterior works and paving, complete demolition of the interior, new drywall interior walls and ceiling, bulkheads with downlighting, entry doors and windows, office with built-in millwork, carpet, instailation of display units, security, computer management system, specialty lighting, specialty trim and decorations. Calabash Hotel Renovation St. George's, Grenada A number of renovations to the Calabash facilities during their seasonal closing. The work included new concrete entrance pavement, new tiling to the dining and bar area, anew din- ing room bar and an extension to the beach bar as well as the renovation/addition of two su- perior suites. |
