QuinnCo coordinates its administrative operations out of its office in True Blue. This, our base of operations, houses clerical support, accounting, purchasing and inventory management, design and cost estimating, equipment and tool tracking systems as well as the project management staff. Our AutoCAD and REVIT architectural software enables us to work with overseas clients and consultants exchanging project data easily.
The company’s millwork shop, which is located in a separate 3000 square foot facility, provides the space to construct cabinetry and other millwork offsite so it is ready to install, requiring less time at the project site. On the same property is the company’s 3000 square foot warehouse and storage facility for materials and equipment. The company has a large inventory of construction equipment and power tools, in addition to those used in the workshop and which are checked in and out from this location. Larger items can be stored in this site’s half acre storage yard and containers located on the site. The field offices house project supervisors, inspectors and site clerks and serve as control and distribution points for materials and equipment usage. The company owns a small fleet of trucks to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and personnel to the job site. |
