Design and turnkey construction of a 4,000 square feet office building. The structural frame is reinforced concrete while the exterior wall system is a Direct Applied Finish System (DAFS).
This combination of state-of-the-art building materials has a 150mph wind load and impact capacity and the building will be very energy efficient. The building also has solar power.
