QuinnCo built a new ACE Hardware store and warehouse for Bryden & Minors in 2008. In 2019, QuinnCo extended this facility to include 11,000 square feet of warehouse and retail floor space.
This addition included a new materials lift, air conditioning system, lighting system and new dock and loading bay. This expansion project also included a 6,000 square foot raised parking deck over the existing parking lot to increase customer parking spaces.
