Quinn Company won the competitive public tender to provide general construction services for the Grenville Market Square Project. The Market Square facility included a two storey retail market, refurbishment of the central vendor's market, a meat cold storage building, 26 independent vendor's stalls and external works. The entire facility was raised two feet above the surrounding roads due to low lying drainage issues.
