Construction of a new fish market facility in Gouyave funded by the Government of Japan.  The fish market facility includes vendor's booths, fish processing areas, ice making, freezing and cold storage as well as office and training space.  The project comprises several facilities in addition to the fish market which are a 500 foot high antennae tower with repeater, generator and storage buildings; a fisherman's workshop; four net mending sheds; and external works.
